To start iPOS you can either double-click a shortcut from your Desktop or select it from your Start menu. Once started you'll need to enter your username and password.

It is very important that you never give your user name and password to anyone, no matter who they are. If you are asked for your system password, immediately report the incident to your security advisor, system administrator and your manager.

There is never any reason why anyone should need your password. Our technical support team do not require it, nor should any of your colleagues.
