Lesson 1
The purpose of this lesson is to show how Control Desk users can create and preview purchase orders from approved requisitions.
In this first lesson you will learn to complete the following tasks:
- View requisitions
- Generate purchase orders
- View purchase order details
- View a PDF version of the suppliers PO

Lesson 2
The purpose of this lesson is to show how Control Desk users can edit approved requisitions, before their conversion in to purchase orders. The tutorial also shows how the delivery date on purchase orders can be revised.
In this second lesson you will learn to complete the following tasks:
- Change the supplier of an approved requisition
- Change the value of an approved requisition
- Change the distribution code of an approved requisition
- Change the delivery date of a purchase order
