Welcome to the Goods Receipting lessons.
Lesson 1 - Simple goods receipting
The purpose of this lesson is to show how orders that have been received can be receipted into iPOS and submitted for invoice matching.
In this lesson you will learn to complete the following tasks:
- Create a goods receipt header from an existing purchase order
- Process an item line taken to become part of the goods receipt note
- Submit a completed goods receipt note
Lesson 2 - Advanced goods receipting
The purpose of this lesson is to show how iPOS can be used to over and under receipt orders when the quantity of items delivered falls below or above that which was ordered.
In this lesson you will learn to complete the following tasks:
- Create a goods receipt header from an existing purchase order
- Remove an item line inserted from the originating purchase order
- Change the quantity received and split an item line
- Select and process multiple item lines
- Submit a completed goods receipt note
