Lesson 1 - Simple invoice entry
The purpose of this lesson is to show how invoices can be entered into iPOS. In this lesson you will learn to complete the following tasks:
- Create an invoice header based upon a purchase order
- Process an invoice line
- Submit an invoice for approval
Lesson 2 - Disputing invoice lines
The purpose of this lesson is to show how you can record a disputed line within an invoice. In this lesson you will learn to complete the following tasks:
- Create an invoice header based upon a purchase order
- Process a batch of invoice lines
- Mark a line as disputed
- Save the invoice until the dispute can be resolved
Lesson 3 - Creating an invoice entry from scratch
The purpose of this lesson is to show how an invoice can be created from scratch. It is likely that not all invoices will be generated from purchase orders, utility bills are an example of invoices that arise without a PO being generated.

- Create a new invoice header
- Add multiple lines to an invoice header
- Search for a supplier
- Add invoice header information
- Search for items
- Add items by item code
- Describe the cost of item lines
- Add a discount line to an invoice
