Welcome to the Requisition lessons.
Lesson 1 - Requisitioning supplies
The purpose of this lesson is to show how those responsible for requisitioning supplies can use iPOS to generate a requisition header to which are attached items required by a department or project team.In this lesson you will learn to complete the following tasks:
- Create a requisition header
- Add an item to a requisition
- Change the quantity of items
- Select the department for whom the items have been requisitioned
- Append a note to the item
- Save and submit a requisition for approval
Lesson 2 - Advanced requisitioning techniques
The purpose of this lesson is to review some of the more advanced requisitioning techniques. In this lesson you will learn to complete the following tasks:
- Create a requisition header
- Add an item to a requisition
- Select a supplier from whom to procure the item
- Record the item price
- Select an item currency
- Change the quantity of items
- Append a note to the item and flag it for a specific stage in the procurement process
- Handle an out of budget alert
- Save and submit a requisition for approval

Lesson 3 - Using templates to form requisitions
This lesson takes a look at how predefined templates can help to quickly requisition commonly required items. In this second lesson you will learn to complete the following tasks:
- Select a template
- Select items from a template
- Alter the delivery date for the selected items
- Create a requisition from the selected items
- Submit a requisition for approval

Lesson 4 - Searching, copying and editing requisition lines
This lesson reviews how you might search for a requisition line, copy it and then edit it before submitting the ammended requisition for approval. In this second lesson you will learn to complete the following tasks:
- Search for requisitions matching various criteria
- Select and copy a requisition line
- Open and edit a requisition line
- Save and submit a requisition for approval
