Definitions Work order types

You may be responsible for processing different types of work order in Verisae depending upon the types of maintenance contract you have.

Click each of the three work order types used in Distribution centres to reveal further detail:

The contractor has agreed a set amount to be paid periodically for comprehensive maintenance cover; regardless of the work orders which are raised through the system. The ‘self-bill invoice for these contracts are generated by Verisae ready for your review, so you must not submit your own Invoice to Tesco.

These relate to scheduled planned maintenance work. PPM work orders will be generated automatically by Verisae 28 days before the PPM is due. Compliance PPM (CPPM) work orders may need reports or certificates attached before the invoice submit page can be accessed. You will need to review the PPM self-bill invoice before submitting for approval and payment.

These relate to unplanned maintenance related incidents identified by a store. A call is logged with the call centre and a "reactive work order" is raised in the system. The work order is automatically assigned to the appropriate contractor.
